Appointment requests

When you submit our appointment form, the contact information and preferences you enter are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to info@getenhanced.ca so our team can respond. Submission does not confirm an appointment. Please do not include medical or other sensitive information in this form.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, phone and email link clicks, app-download interest, and returns to our appointment confirmation page. These reports help us understand use of the website. We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers or other answers entered in the appointment form to Analytics.

Google processes technical and usage information, including browser/device information and cookie identifiers. Analytics reports are available to authorized account users, not the public. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Analytics is not loaded until you accept. You may decline and still use the website. Use Cookie settings to change your choice; declining stops future collection on this browser and removes the site's Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase information already processed. We remember your cookie choice for up to six months.

Other services

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request data to deliver it. Booking and membership links open WellnessLiving; app-store and other external links open separate services with their own privacy practices.
